Tomorrow X Together (TXT) have dropped another sonic bomb with their latest full album, ‘Digital Hearts.’ This genre-bending release sees the group blending alt-rock, house, and trap-infused ballads into a cohesive narrative about digital love, loneliness, and coming of age.

The album opener, “CTRL-Z,” is a glitchy rock anthem with fuzzy guitars and angst-driven lyrics about wanting to undo a failed relationship. Yeonjun’s raspy vocals and Soobin’s falsetto make for a dynamic contrast, pushing the emotional weight to the forefront.

“Echo Chamber” leans into hyperpop, with warped vocals and intense beats—one of the most experimental songs from any boy group this year. Beomgyu and Taehyun’s verses carry attitude and chaos in equal measure.

Then there’s “Soft Disconnect,” a lo-fi track with whispered harmonies and ambient synths. It’s the emotional core of the album and feels like the sonic equivalent of walking alone in a crowded city. Hueningkai’s delivery is particularly touching.

The album closes with “404 Not Found,” a hauntingly poetic number that mixes live instrumentation with spoken-word elements, reminiscent of TXT’s earlier deep cuts like “Ghosting.”

‘Digital Hearts’ is not an easy listen—but it’s a rewarding one. TXT continues to challenge norms and elevate what it means to be a fourth-gen powerhouse.
